AlertaChart 요금제: Starter, Trader, Pro, Elite

AlertaChart에는 무료 요금제 하나와 유료 요금제 넷이 있습니다. 이 문서는 각 요금제에 정확히 무엇이 포함되는지 밝힙니다. 실제로 하는 일을 감당하는 가장 작은 요금제를 고르세요.

현재 가격은 요금 페이지와 앱스토어에 있습니다. 여기에 일부러 옮겨 적지 않았습니다. 도움말에 복사한 가격은 낡는 가격이기 때문입니다.

무료에 포함된 것

차트 자체는 유료 영역이 아닙니다. 무료에서도 전체 차트, 모든 표준 지표와 그리기 도구, 매크로 지표, 실시간 암호화폐 데이터, 모의 매매, 가격 알림 2개를 씁니다. 제한은 기능이 아니라 규모에 걸립니다: 한 번에 차트 1개, 그 위에 지표 2개, 10종목 관심목록, 2,500개 봉 기록.

Starter — 한 화면, 걸림 없이

일상적인 제한을 없앱니다. 광고 없음, Bar Replay, 초 단위 타임프레임(10초 / 30초), 사용자 지정 타임프레임, 사용자 지정 레인지 봉, 거래량 프로파일, 그리고 서버에서 도는 알림 — 앱을 닫아도 울립니다.

차트 2개 나란히, 차트당 지표 5개, 가격 알림 20개, 관심목록 3개에 종목 무제한, 10,000봉.

Trader — 암호화폐 너머

자산군과 도구를 더합니다. 미국·영국·홍콩·중국(상하이/선전)·튀르키예 주식과 외환, AlertaScript 편집기와 전략 테스트 센터, 관심목록과 그림의 클라우드 동기화, Discover 마켓 스캐너, 한 차트에서 종목 비교, 수식·스프레드 차트, 뉴스 번역, IPO 캘린더, 다중 조건 알림, 대체 차트 유형.

차트 4개, 차트당 지표 10개, 가격 알림 100개, 관심목록 5개.

Pro — 오더플로와 지표 알림

시장 미시구조 계층입니다. CVD, 미결제약정, 펀딩, 청산, 레벨 2 호가 깊이, AGGR 통합 체결 테이프, Pro 지표 세트(Order Block, FVG, SMC), 자동 분석과 자동 패턴 스캔, 차트 데이터 내보내기, 사용자 지정 소리가 붙는 웹훅 알림.

알림이 가격에만 머물지 않게 되는 지점도 여기입니다: RSI, MACD, Stochastic, Stoch RSI, CCI, Williams %R, ATR 기술 알림, 추세선 알림, 목록 전체를 훑는 알림, 만료 없는 알림. Pro 문의는 우선 처리됩니다.

고르는 법

한 화면에서 암호화폐만 다룬다면 Starter로 충분합니다. 주식도 보거나 직접 지표를 쓴다면 Trader가 필요합니다. 오더플로, 청산, 지표 알림은 Pro부터입니다. Elite는 Pro 한도에 부딪히는 멀티 모니터 환경을 위한 것입니다.

Make the change through the purchase channel: App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android, or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal on the web. Whether a switch is offered and whether it applies immediately or at period end is provider-specific; the confirmation screen's date and amount are authoritative. If the requested switch is unavailable, cancel the current renewal and buy the correct plan after the period ends.

구독 관리

웹 구독은 Lemon Squeezy, iOS는 App Store, Android는 Google Play를 사용합니다. 각 스토어는 구매 전에 이용 가능한 월간·연간 플랜을 표시합니다. 결제, 갱신, 취소 및 환불 요청은 구매한 채널에서 처리합니다. 검증된 이용 권한이 연결되도록 모든 플랫폼에서 같은 AlertaChart 계정으로 로그인하세요.

- iOS: 설정 → 이름 → 구독 → AlertaChart. - Android: Google Play → 프로필 사진 → 결제 및 구독 → 구독 → AlertaChart. - 웹: LemonSqueezy 확인 메일의 고객 포털 링크를 사용하세요.

iOS 구매는 App Store 구독, Android 구매는 Google Play 구독, 웹 구매는 Lemon Squeezy 확인 이메일의 고객 포털에서 관리합니다. 취소하면 다음 갱신이 중단되며, 이용 권한은 보통 현재 결제 또는 체험 기간이 끝날 때까지 유지됩니다. 환불은 제공업체 규정에 따른 별도 요청입니다.

구매해도 잠금이 풀리지 않으면

On iOS or Android it re-reads purchases returned by the store account, verifies the receipt on the backend, and applies the highest valid tier to the same AlertaChart account. It does not create a new charge. It cannot automatically transfer a purchase made with a different Apple/Google account or linked to a different AlertaChart account.

First confirm that the subscription is active in the store where it was purchased and that the app is signed into the same AlertaChart account that should receive the entitlement. Store catalog propagation or receipt verification can take a short time. On mobile use Restore Purchases; for a web subscription check the Lemon Squeezy confirmation and the account email you used. If it remains inactive, send the order/receipt identifier through the private Support form.

Legacy Premium subscriptions

The app maps a valid legacy Premium App Store or Google Play receipt to Elite access, so an active legacy subscriber is not locked out. Price and renewal terms remain controlled by the purchased store product. When that subscription expires, is not renewed, or the receipt is no longer valid, the paid tier is removed; a previously stored Elite label alone does not preserve access.

Failed payments and refunds

Card, balance, country, tax and payment-decline handling belongs to the purchase provider. Use Apple for iOS, Google Play for Android, or Lemon Squeezy for web checkout and payment support. Before retrying repeatedly, check whether an order was already created in the store. A refund is not the same action as cancellation and remains subject to the provider's review and refund rules.

Using the plan on web and mobile

Plan access is linked to your AlertaChart account after a mobile receipt is verified or a web payment webhook is processed. Sign in to the same AlertaChart account when purchasing and on every other device. Using a different Apple, Google or AlertaChart account does not automatically transfer an entitlement.
