خطط AlertaChart: Starter وTrader وPro وElite

ما تشمله الخطة المجانية
الرسم البياني ليس الجزء المدفوع. في الخطة المجانية تحصل على الرسم البياني الكامل وجميع المؤشرات القياسية وأدوات الرسم ومؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي وبيانات العملات الرقمية الحية والتداول التجريبي وتنبيهين للسعر. القيود على الحجم لا على القدرة: رسم بياني واحد في المرة، ومؤشران عليه، وقائمة متابعة من 10 رموز، و2500 شمعة من التاريخ.
Starter — شاشة واحدة بلا عوائق
يزيل قيود الاستخدام اليومي. بلا إعلانات، Bar Replay، أطر زمنية بالثواني (10ث / 30ث)، أطر مخصصة، شموع نطاق مخصصة، ملف تعريف الحجم، وتنبيهات تعمل على خوادمنا فتُطلق والتطبيق مغلق.

Pro — تدفق الأوامر وتنبيهات المؤشرات
طبقة البنية الدقيقة للسوق. CVD وOpen Interest والتمويل والتصفيات وعمق المستوى الثاني وشريط AGGR المُجمّع؛ مجموعة مؤشرات Pro (Order Block وFVG وSMC)؛ التحليل التلقائي والمسح التلقائي للأنماط؛ تصدير بيانات الرسم؛ تنبيهات webhook بأصوات مخصصة.
هنا أيضًا تتوقف التنبيهات عن كونها للسعر فقط: تنبيهات فنية على RSI وMACD وStochastic وStoch RSI وCCI وWilliams %R وATR، وتنبيهات خطوط الاتجاه، وتنبيهات تمسح القائمة بأكملها، وتنبيهات بلا انتهاء صلاحية. تُجاب طلبات Pro قبل غيرها.

كيف تختار
إن كنت تتداول العملات الرقمية على شاشة واحدة، تكفيك Starter. وإن كنت تتابع الأسهم أيضًا أو تكتب مؤشراتك، فأنت بحاجة إلى Trader. تدفق الأوامر والتصفيات وتنبيهات المؤشرات تبدأ من Pro. أما Elite فهي لمكاتب متعددة الشاشات تبلغ حدود Pro.
Make the change through the purchase channel: App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android, or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal on the web. Whether a switch is offered and whether it applies immediately or at period end is provider-specific; the confirmation screen's date and amount are authoritative. If the requested switch is unavailable, cancel the current renewal and buy the correct plan after the period ends.
إدارة اشتراكك
تتم اشتراكات الويب عبر Lemon Squeezy، واشتراكات iOS عبر App Store، واشتراكات Android عبر Google Play. يعرض كل متجر الخطط الشهرية والسنوية المتاحة قبل الشراء. تتولى قناة الشراء الفوترة والتجديد والإلغاء وطلبات الاسترداد. سجّل الدخول إلى حساب AlertaChart نفسه على كل منصة لربط الاستحقاق المؤكد بالحساب.

أدر شراء iOS من اشتراكات App Store، وشراء Android من اشتراكات Google Play، وشراء الويب من رابط بوابة عميل Lemon Squeezy في رسالة التأكيد. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد التالي، ويستمر الوصول عادة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة أو التجريبية الحالية. الاسترداد طلب منفصل يخضع لقواعد المزود.
إذا لم يفعّل الشراء خطتك
On iOS or Android it re-reads purchases returned by the store account, verifies the receipt on the backend, and applies the highest valid tier to the same AlertaChart account. It does not create a new charge. It cannot automatically transfer a purchase made with a different Apple/Google account or linked to a different AlertaChart account.
First confirm that the subscription is active in the store where it was purchased and that the app is signed into the same AlertaChart account that should receive the entitlement. Store catalog propagation or receipt verification can take a short time. On mobile use Restore Purchases; for a web subscription check the Lemon Squeezy confirmation and the account email you used. If it remains inactive, send the order/receipt identifier through the private Support form.
Legacy Premium subscriptions
The app maps a valid legacy Premium App Store or Google Play receipt to Elite access, so an active legacy subscriber is not locked out. Price and renewal terms remain controlled by the purchased store product. When that subscription expires, is not renewed, or the receipt is no longer valid, the paid tier is removed; a previously stored Elite label alone does not preserve access.
Failed payments and refunds
Card, balance, country, tax and payment-decline handling belongs to the purchase provider. Use Apple for iOS, Google Play for Android, or Lemon Squeezy for web checkout and payment support. Before retrying repeatedly, check whether an order was already created in the store. A refund is not the same action as cancellation and remains subject to the provider's review and refund rules.
Using the plan on web and mobile
Plan access is linked to your AlertaChart account after a mobile receipt is verified or a web payment webhook is processed. Sign in to the same AlertaChart account when purchasing and on every other device. Using a different Apple, Google or AlertaChart account does not automatically transfer an entitlement.
