1. Acceptance

By using the AlertaChart application ("Application"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

AlertaChart provides real-time charting, price tracking, and notification services for cryptocurrency and US stock markets (Nasdaq, NYSE). The application includes technical analysis tools, multi-chart layouts, and premium features. Exchange data is provided by Alpaca Markets and other providers.

3. User Account

You may need to create an account to use the Application. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings menu with the "Delete Account" option. Account deletion is irreversible and all your data is permanently deleted.

4. Premium Subscription

The Application offers paid premium features. Premium subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is subject to the payment terms of the respective store.

• Subscription is renewed monthly
• Continues automatically until cancelled
• Cancellation must be made from App Store or Google Play settings
• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current period

5. Use Restrictions and Data License

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the Application:

• Use for illegal or deceptive purposes.
• Collecting, copying, or storing data within the application (prices, charts, indicators) through automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers).
• Redistributing data in real-time or delayed on another platform, social media, or in a commercial product without written permission from Alerta Chart.
• Feeding application data as input to automated trading (algorithmic trade) systems (Non-display usage).
• Account sharing or making our services available to third parties through renting/sub-licensing.
• Attempting to access the application's source code, reverse engineering, or scanning for security vulnerabilities.

6. Disclaimer and Risk Warning

All content, charts, and indicators provided by Alerta Chart are provided "AS IS". Our service does not provide financial advice, investment consultancy, or trading signals in any way.

Indicators are mathematical models that analyze past data and do not guarantee future price movements. Market data (crypto, stock) may have delays, errors, or omissions originating from providers. Alerta Chart cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect financial losses that may occur due to inaccuracies or delays in this data.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be announced within the application.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, design, algorithms, indicator logics, and the "Alerta Chart" brand of the Application are the exclusive property of Alerta Chart. Users may not copy, modify, or use these materials in a way that would harm the commercial interests of Alerta Chart.

10. Refund Policy

Since premium subscriptions are digital services that become active immediately, no refunds can be made unless required by law. Refund processes for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are entirely at the discretion of the respective store and requests should be submitted directly to these platforms.

11. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify Alerta Chart, its owners, and employees against any third-party lawsuits, claims, or damages arising from the use of the application or violation of these terms, including all legal expenses.
