The service and your account
Alerta Chart provides market charts, analysis tools, alerts and social features. Some functions require an account or a paid plan. Keep account information accurate and sign-in credentials private; report suspected unauthorized access. Use the service only if you can lawfully accept these terms, with a parent or guardian where required.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
The price, billing period, renewal conditions and included features are shown at purchase. Manage cancellation through the channel where you subscribed, including App Store or Google Play for store purchases. Deleting an Alerta Chart account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Refund requests follow the purchase channel’s process and applicable law; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Market coverage, timing and data sources
A symbol’s exchange, market type, currency, trading session and time zone affect its price and history. Spot and futures prices, adjusted historical data and quotes from different providers may differ. A displayed quote is not a binding execution price.
Coverage and history depend on the provider, interval and plan. Missing bars, delayed updates, provider corrections or service interruptions can affect calculations. Verify material information at its source before acting; an unavailable value must not be interpreted as zero.

Market data and investment risk
Charts, automatic pattern targets, alerts, scripts and community posts are analysis tools or user opinions, not personalized investment advice or guaranteed results. Data and notifications can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Historical performance does not ensure future returns. Assess sources and risks independently; investments can lose value, including the entire amount invested.

Automatic analysis and calculated levels
Pattern recognition, support and resistance, technical summaries and estimated targets use the available bars and selected settings. Changing the symbol, interval, history window or parameters can change the result. New bars and data corrections may update or invalidate a formation.
Labels such as “confirmed”, “buy” or “sell” describe a rule or indicator result, not a certainty, suitability assessment or instruction to trade. Inspect the underlying chart and distinguish an estimated target from an executed trade.

Alerts and notification delivery
You are responsible for checking an alert’s instrument, condition, interval and expiry where offered. Browser, device and notification permissions, network access and provider availability can affect whether and when an alert reaches you.
An alert is an informational notification, not an order or guaranteed monitoring service. It must not be your sole protection against losses. Disabling notifications does not necessarily remove the underlying alert; manage its condition separately.

Scripts, backtests and practice results
Backtests and simulated trades depend on the available historical sample, script logic and execution assumptions. Fees, spread, slippage, liquidity, funding and intrabar price paths may be omitted or simplified. Adjusting a method to past results can overstate its usefulness.
A practice balance is virtual and cannot be withdrawn. Neither a simulation nor a published performance screenshot demonstrates actual execution or future returns. You remain responsible for assessing a script and its assumptions before use.

Community conduct
Ideas, charts, images, comments, profiles and scripts must be lawful and respect others. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, threats, spam, unauthorized advertising, phishing, malware and disclosure of private information are prohibited.
Do not fabricate results, promise guaranteed profits or encourage market manipulation. Disclose relevant paid promotions and financial interests. Membership, popularity or a verification badge does not validate investment claims or exempt a member from the rules.

Your content and publication permission
Publish only content you own or have permission to use, including the data, images and code in a chart or script. Attribution alone does not replace permission. You retain your rights and give Alerta Chart non-exclusive permission to store, process and display the content as needed to operate the service, in accordance with the visibility you select. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission for unrelated advertising.
Public content and profile information can be viewed and copied by others. Check screenshots for passwords, API keys, account details and third-party personal data before publishing. Copies made outside the service may remain after you remove a post.

Scripts, licenses and invited access
A script’s selected license governs use, modification and redistribution; respect its notices and third-party rights. Public scripts and scripts shared by invitation have different platform visibility. Authorized recipients can access source code; invited access is not copy protection and does not override an open-source license. Revoking access does not erase copies already obtained or rights already granted under that license. Review a script before using it; its publication is not a security or performance certification.

Reports, moderation and appeals
Use the report action on posts or comments, or contact in-app Support or [email protected]. Include the content link and a clear explanation, especially for rights-infringement reports. We may review, restrict, hide or remove content and suspend or ban Community access for violations or legal obligations. For an appeal, send the content/account reference and your explanation through Support or email. A report does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome.

External links, stores and integrations
External websites, stores, data services and tools have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or community mention is not an endorsement. Check the provider, permissions, charges and security before using an external service.
Access to Alerta Chart does not create a brokerage or custody account. A chart, practice action or alert does not itself place a real order. Any separately offered external trading service is subject to its own account, authorization and transaction conditions.

Removing content and closing an account
You can withdraw your own publications using the available content controls and request account deletion in Settings. Removing a post from public view is not the same as immediate erasure of every stored record; see the privacy policy for retention and deletion. Publication permissions continue only as needed for permitted service operations, legal obligations and existing copies or licenses.

Platform and data rights
Respect Alerta Chart’s software, design and trademarks, third-party market-data licenses and user content rights. Do not bypass access controls, compromise the service, share or rent access, or extract and redistribute market-data feeds without the necessary permission. Community publishing tools do not grant a separate license to redistribute third-party data.

Contact, rights complaints and disputes
Contact [email protected] with the relevant account or content reference, dates, a factual description and the remedy requested. For intellectual-property complaints, identify the protected work, the disputed publication and your authority to act. Do not include account passwords or unrelated personal information.
We may request proportionate supporting information to assess the issue. You retain access to competent courts, consumer bodies and data protection authorities under applicable law. No clause here removes mandatory remedies or imposes a foreign forum on you.

Service changes and your rights
Features may evolve or be interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons or safety. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service as appropriate. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. For service questions or disputes, contact [email protected].
