Your account: sign-in, devices, language and privacy

Your account keeps your plan and your data together and lets you control where you are signed in.

Signing in

AlertaChart uses Google and Apple sign-in, so there is no separate password to remember. Use the same account on every device; your plan and your saved data belong to that account.

Devices and sessions

The account page lists the devices where you are signed in. You can end a single session — for example on a computer you no longer use — or sign out everywhere at once. The next time that device is used, it will ask for a new sign-in.

Language

AlertaChart is available in 23 languages. Choose yours on the account page; the charts, menus, help and news translation all follow it.

Theme

Pick the light or the dark theme on the account page. The chart and every panel change with it.

Notifications

Choose the automatic notifications you want: the market summary twice a day, the US market open, automatic alerts for major coins and new exchange listings (the last two with Pro). Your phone's own settings must also allow notifications for AlertaChart.

Your data on other devices

From the Trader plan your watchlists, drawings, scripts and saved layouts are kept with your account. On Free and Starter they are kept on each device; clearing the browser's data or uninstalling the app removes them from that device.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the account page. This removes your profile and saved data. It does not cancel a store subscription on its own — cancel it in the App Store, Google Play or the web customer portal first.
