1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AlertaChart application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

AlertaChart provides real-time charting, price tracking, and notification services for cryptocurrency and US stock markets (Nasdaq, NYSE). The App includes technical analysis tools, multiple chart layouts, and premium features. Stock market data is provided by Alpaca Markets and other third-party providers.

3. User Account

You may need to create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings menu using the "Delete Account" option. Account deletion is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.

4. Premium Subscription

The App offers paid premium features. Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective payment terms.

• Subscriptions renew monthly
• Auto-renewal continues until canceled
• Cancellation must be done through App Store or Google Play settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period

5. Usage Restrictions and Data License

When using the App, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Collecting, copying, or storing data from the App (prices, charts, indicators) using automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers.
• Redistributing data in real-time or delayed format on any other platform, social media, or commercial product without prior written consent from Alerta Chart.
• Feeding App data into automated trading (algorithmic trading) systems (Non-display usage).
• Account sharing or making our services available to third parties through renting or sublicensing.
• Attempting to access the App's source code, reverse engineering, or scanning for security vulnerabilities.

6. Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure

All content, charts, and indicators provided by Alerta Chart are provided "AS IS". Our service does not constitute financial advice, investment consultancy, or buy/sell signals in any way.

Indicators are mathematical models that analyze historical data and do not guarantee future price movements. Market data (crypto, stocks) may contain delays, errors, or omissions from third-party providers. Alerta Chart cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect financial losses resulting from inaccuracies or delays in this data.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be notified within the App.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, design, algorithms, indicator logic, and the "Alerta Chart" trademark are the exclusive property of Alerta Chart. Users may not copy, modify, or use these materials in a manner that harms Alerta Chart's commercial interests.

10. Refund Policy

Since premium subscriptions are digital services that are activated immediately, no refunds will be issued unless required by law. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund processes are entirely at the discretion of the respective store, and requests must be submitted directly to those platforms.

11. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Alerta Chart, its owners, and employees harmless from any third-party lawsuits, claims, or damages, including all legal expenses, arising from the use of the App or a violation of these terms.
