The Chemicals Business segment comprises of refrigerant gases, industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, fluorochemicals & allied products and its research and development. The Packaging Film Business segment consists of polyester films and polypropylene films. The Others segment relates to coated fabric, laminated fabric, and other ancillary activities. The company was founded by Arun Bharat Ram on January 9, 1970 and is headquartered in Gurgaon, India.
