Sif Holding NV engages in the large steel tubulars, which are used as foundation components for the offshore energy markets. It operates through the following segments: Wind, Marshalling, OSS and Other. The Wind segment produces and delivers monopiles, transition pieces or other foundation components for the offshore wind industry. The Marshalling segment includes renting-out of logistical area and facilities and the delivery of logistical services to customers, mainly in the offshore wind industry. The OSS segment which produces offshore steel structures. The Other segment focuses on the engineering services and production of offshore steel structures, and limited amounts for licensing fees and operational lease income for the windmill on the Group’s site in Rotterdam. It primarily produces monopiles, transition pieces and piles that are used to anchor jacket foundations in the seabed for offshore wind turbines. The company was founded in 1948 and is headquartered in Roermond, the Netherlands.
