OHB SE is a German space and technology group and one of the independent forces in the European space industry. The firm offers its customers a broad portfolio of products in the three divisions: Space Systems, Aerospace, and Digital. The Space Systems division is involved in the development and execution of space projects within all orbits for applications such as earth and weather observation, reconnaissance, navigation, communications, and scientific payloads. The Aerospace division develops and manufactures space and aeronautic products, in addition to performing other industrial activities. The Digital division offers satellite operations, as well as satellite-based IT applications and other IT services. The company was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Bremen, Germany.
