The Anchor Cloud segment is a combination of cloud-native solutions designed to enable anchor enterprises and their suppliers to achieve digital transformation for supply chain management and optimize payment cycle for parties along the supply chain, including AMS Cloud and Multi-tier Transfer Cloud. The FI Cloud segment provides a broad range of innovative solutions designed to help financial institutions to digitalize, automate and streamline their supply chain financing services, primarily consisting of ABS Cloud and eChain Cloud. The company was founded by Qun Song, Kun Ji, and Ka King Chau in February 2016 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
