Zojirushi Corp. engages in the manufacture and sale of innovative household products such as cooking appliances, household appliances, living products, etc. It operates through the following business divisions: Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution, and Repair and Recycle. The Manufacturing division produces cooking appliances; household and thermal products; and home appliances. The Sales division deals with the domestic and overseas sales and marketing. The Distribution division covers the distribution services. It also supplies commercial and industrial appliances. The Repair and Recycle division handles the storage, transport, and orders for Zojirushi products and parts. The company was founded by Ginzaburo Ichikawa and Kinzaburo Ichikawa on May 10, 1918 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
