It operates through the following business divisions: Insecticides, Garden Supplies, Sanitary Agents, Household Goods and Others. The Insecticides business division includes insect repellent devices, fumigants, and pesticides. The Garden Supplies business division comprises of fertilizers, herbicides, composts, vitality agents, and insecticides and fungicides for horticultural pests. The Sanitary Agents business division consists of emulsions, oil, powder, and rat poison. The Household Goods business division offers dehumidifying agents, insect repellent clothing, counter-allergy products, and disinfectants. The Others division manufactures and sells molds and receive orders for termite construction work. The company was founded by Daizo Ushimo in July 1924 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
