The Mainland China segment refers to the manufacturing and trading of snack foods, confectionery, beverages, frozen food products, ham and ham-related products, noodles, and the operations of restaurants. The Japan segment is involved in wholesaling, and distribution of snack foods and confectionery. The company was founded by Tak Fung Tai and Mei Yung Wu in 1971 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
