Dualtap Co., Ltd. engages in the real estate business. It operates through the following business divisions: Real Estate Sales , Real Estate Management Business, Overseas Real Estate and Sales Support Business. The Real Estate Sales Business segment plans and develops XEBEC properties and sells them to individual investors, REITs, real estate funds, corporate entities, etc. The Real Estate Management Business segment provides rental management, brokerage and building management for XEBEC and other asset management condominiums. The Overseas Real Estate Business segment provides after-sales services for overseas office operations for XEBEC, properties developed and sold by company and purchased by overseas investors, and also operates a building management business with offices in Johor and Kuala Lumpur, primarily in Malaysia. The Sales Support Business segment covers the planning of real estate event or seminar for foreign investors, support work for overseas expansion of company that includes infrastructure and financial information. The company was founded by Takahiro Usui in August, 2006 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
