Casablanca Group Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the design, production, distribution, and retailing of bedding products. It operates through the following segments: Self-Operated Retail Sales, Sales to Distributors, and Others. The Self-Operated Retail Sales segment refers to sales at the self-operated concession counters in department stores and retail stores. The Sales to Distributors segment includes sales to distributors who resell the products to end-user consumers. The Others segment covers sales to wholesale customers located in the PRC, Hong Kong, and Macau; and sales made to overseas customers. The company was founded by Sze Kin Cheng and Sze Tsan Cheng in May 1993 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
