The EMM and Alloying Materials Production segment consists of mining and processing ores used in hydrometallurgical processing for/and production of EMM and manganese briquette, and pyrometallurgical processing for production of silicomanganese alloys. The Battery Materials Production segment manufactures and sells battery materials products. The Others segment trades various commodities such as manganese ores, EMM, manganese alloys and non-manganese metals, sales of scraps and rental of investment properties and leasehold land, and investments in companies. The company was founded on July 18, 2005 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
