The Food Packaging and Thermal Insulation segment operates through Sirap Gema SpA and its subsidiaries. The Financial segment performs parent company functions and services to its wholly-owned financial companies. The Banking segment is composed of two wholly-owned banks, Finter Bank Zurich and Credit Mobilier de Monaco. The Property, Services, and Other segment includes real estate companies and services companies. The company was founded on September 13, 1946 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
