Alimak Group AB engages in the provision of vertical access solutions for the industrial and construction sectors. It operates through the following segments: Facade Access, Construction, Height Safety and Productivity Solutions Division, Industrial, and Wind. The Facade Access segment offers permanent building maintenance systems and facade access solutions available for every building structure regardless of its simplicity or complexity. The Construction segment focuses on hoists, elevators, and platforms based on rackand-pinion technology. The Height Safety and Productivity Solutions Division segment includes personal protection equipment, confined space access and rescue equipment for fall protection, and installed systems such as safety ladders, guardrails, and lifelines. The Industrial segment is involved in elevators and platforms for permanent use across a broad spectrum of industries and harsh environments. The Wind segment refers to products, solutions, and training courses for safe work in wind turbines, such as service lifts and ladders, with the aim of helping customers make wind energy cost competitive.
