It operates through the following segments: NCC Infrastructure, NCC Building Sweden, NCC Building Nordics, NCC Industry, NCC Property Development, and Other. The NCC Infrastructure segment supplies entire infrastructure projects such as tunnels, roads, and railways from design and construction to production and maintenance. The NCC Building Sweden and NCC Building Nordics segment build residential buildings and offices, but also construct such public premises as schools and hospitals and such commercial premises as stores and warehouses. The NCC Industry segment is involved in the production of stone materials, asphalt, and paving. The NCC Property Development segment develops and sells commercial properties in metropolitan regions in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Solna, Sweden.
