FNM S.p.A. is a holding company, which engages in providing sustainable mobility services, management and development of motorway and railway infrastructure, as well as in the renewable energy and logistics sectors. It operates through the following business segments: Mobility Infrastructure, Energy, Rolling Stock Company (Ro.S.Co.), and Mobility & Services. The Mobility Infrastructure segment includes the management of approximately 185 km of toll motorways and 330 km of regional railway lines in Lombardy, operated under concession agreements. It also encompasses an Intermodal Terminal located near Milan Malpensa Airport. The Energy segment focuses on the development and management of renewable energy assets, mainly for photovoltaic and wind power plants in different stages of implementation. The Ro.S.Co. segment leases rolling stock primarily to regional rail transport operators through long-term contracts. The Mobility & Services segment offers local public transport services in Lombardy and Veneto region, as well as the provision of mobility support services. In addition, FNM pursues a corporate venture capital strategy, investing in startups that complement its core mobility business with innovative, data-driven models. The company was founded in 1877 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
